Before registration confirmation in the program, participant family will be provided the dates of the future sessions.
There is a $150 non-refundable deposit when you sign up for this camp.
Once the registration has been confirmed in a program, then booking amount of $150 will be deducted if the participant family cancels 2 months prior to the session dates. Remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days of receiving cancellation request in writing.
Once the registration has been confirmed in a program, then 20% of the total program fees will be deducted if the participant family cancels within 2 months of the session dates. Remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days of receiving cancellation request in writing.
If any participant family cancels their visit due to being covid positive their full money will be refunded, after they submit cancellation in writing with covid test results.
If participant family needs to leave during the camp for any reason there will be no refund provided.
The decision to dismiss a participant family will be made by the Camp CEO. Reunify Camp reserves the right to dismiss campers for the following reasons:
1) Use or possession of illegal drugs.
2) If a camper’s sickness or injury requires care beyond the scope of the site health manager’s abilities and authority.
3) Violent acts toward other campers, staff, or property, especially if a camper threatens the safety of himself or others.
